Officer O.P. Again

So you’ve been wondering what Olden Polynice is up to.

OK, so you haven’t.

I’m giving it to you anyway.

Polynice showed up on the Mother Nature Network, recently, to talk about the environment. The Playboy Mansion hosted a fund-raiser on behalf of the Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Organization and for some inexplicable reason, O.P. was on the guest list.

“I’ve always been for the environment,” he said.

You remember Polynice. He’s the former Jazz player who was charged with pulling over a motorist and flashing an honorary LAPD badge in 2000. Which made his introduction by MNN reporter Sarah Backhouse all the more hilarious.

Going into the interview, she introduced him by saying, “I’m now joined by Olden Police. Olden, thank you so much for coming out.”
