If you grew up loving sports, you probably when through a phase where you drew uniform and equipment designs on a sketch pad.
It’s sort of a rite of passage. You look at a team’s logo and you say, “I could do better than that.”
But of course, you had no outlet.
Design geeks, here’s your chance. The U.S. Ski Team and NBC have announced a contest whereby fans can design American Lindsey Vonn’s helmet for the 2010 Olympics.
The submissions already range from cool (Benjamin from Virginia, entry No. 86) to weird (Jordan from Ohio, No. 14) to downright stupid (Joe from Minnesota, No. 36, unless, of course, a kid did it.)
Which do you think is the best design?
How come nobody ever did this for the Cincinnati Bengals?
