Worst uniforms: Is Utah next?

You thought Oregon had crazy football uniforms, with the bird wings or checks on the shoulder pads, and the countless combinations. Or perhaps you thought Penn State’s ultra-retro look was waaaaay too old.

Say hello to an entirely new category: WORST. UNIFORM. EVER.

Maryland unveiled its new look last week in the Terps’ surprise win over Miami. But the bigger surprise was the uniforms, which looked a lot like a flag. A really colorful flag. That was no accident. The Under Armour-designed red, white, yellow and black getups were actually supposed to look like the Maryland flag.

Now here’s some food for thought: Under Armour also makes Utah’s uniforms. Does this mean there’s a remake in the works for the Utes? What would they look like?
